Signings - Fair To Midland
Posted April 13, 2006 — in Music News

KOAR higher learning artist Fair to Midland has signed with Serjical Strike records owned by Serj Tankian from System Of A Down. Meetings are currently happening with potential partners including Universal and Atlantic as both labels want to do business with the Serjical Strike and the band. Fair to Midland has been performing in the Dallas scene and built a solid fan base because they seperated themselves from the emo pop punk bands and carved their own path. For more information email Lawyer Ben Mclane.

Seen alot of bands from and come through Dallas. Seen alot of bands make it from Dallas. FTM is one, the big hitters of the music business best not miss. Remember the money made out of Seattle early on in Grunge. This is TEXAS HEAT music. Nothing hotter. Don’t let the term fair to midland fool ya.

“IT Is About Time” I have been a Fair to Midland fan since 2001 when I first seen them at Side Car Pub in Houston Tx.
The music they play now is a lot differnt then what they played then. That goes to show just what this band can do.
Let me say if you have never seen F.T.M. live you must do so. I have seen them meny times and they just get better with time. The best show I seen them do was two days ago here in Tulsa.
” I love Fair To Midland “

I’ve been seeing these guys play for about four years and have gotten to be good friends with a couple of them and all I have to say is it’s about time and they totally deserve this. I’m so proud of them

Just saw these guys in minneapolis, before the US Air Guitar Regionals (I was working). Talk about right place, right time! UNBELIEVABLE! I can name about 10 different groups that this band reminds me of… 7 more than most bands could ever hope to have. There is a reason the System of a Down dude signed them…….
They are better, and he knows it. Might as well get on board in a big way!
Rock On Boys!
