I still think it’s funny that Chris Daughty turned down a position fronting Fuel and then released a Fuel album. I don’t think he sounds like Scott Stapp, although they do share a lot of the same cheese ball rock poses.

As for Korn, I think they’ve been relatively straight forward when it comes to why they’re releasing albums. They need money. They know people will buy what they sell, which would be why they haven’t had a decent song in about 10 years. These are the bands that keep the ‘record industry’ afloat. Same mentality.

Chris Daughtry sounds nothing like Scott Stapp. His single sounds like “Hemmorhage” by Fuel, which is the song that made him so popular on Idol. Not to mention he can actually sing.

The new Nelly Furtado song is horrible. The entire album is horrible. “Whoa Nelly” was an incredible album. What happened?

You’re right, Norah Jones is Platinum.

Korn “stays alive” by making the same album over and over again. I guess its easier to “stay alive” than to take a chance and do something new. Keep on “staying alive” Korn.

There’s more than 1 good song on the Daughtry album. He can release at least 4 good singles.

The Korn unplugged is terrible. That guy can’t sign. Korn might be staying alive but that’s not necessarily a good thing.

Everytime a Nelly song from her current album comes on over the club’s speakers there is a rush to the dance floor. I’ve seen this first hand in three different states so far. People are loving it and it put a smile on my face to hear Kings of A and R thought it was good.

I personally think Daughtry is great .. should’ve won American Idol and puts “REFRESH” in the rock market right now. The mis-conception from true music loves, is that he is from American Idol .. which many people gawk at .. we need to look past that. Daughtry was due for a new single on the radio .. I will agree with that .. his co-written song was getting over saturated.
