According to Sources Def Jam is laying off 40 staffers. “Jay-Z, L.A. Reid and Jermaine Dupri are still getting paid millions … and running the company into the ground,” says a source
And….
WEA is cutting 70 staffers serving the traditional brick-and-mortar marketplace. Warner’s goal is to become digitally focused.

the funny thing about Def jam and LA Reid and babyface…is even when theres news about them making massive layoffs, they still show them wearing 10,000 dollar suits….wheres the grubby pics…mug shots….come on man villian them out!!!!

I always wondered what Jermaine Dupree did to make so much money? I have never heard one of his songs and said wow now that is talent and i dont think anyone else has either…. am I wrong?
