Good for them… and here is another example of radio translating to sales/selling out venues…

Not every song needs to be written for top 40 radio. Dont listen for HITZZZZ, Listen to the MUSIC. If you dont like it, dont buy it. If you love it, buy it. The point is, MEESE is resonating with music lovers.
If you want to buy a top 40 radio record KOAR suggests Daughtry and the new Clarkson record.

i wonder how they got to tour with the fray….what did these guys do in the beginning to get to that point, must know somebody….they sound like something corporate except with less guitars and a tad less of the melodyne on the vox (but still a ton).

Um, hank, they know the Fray. Both are Denver bands. And, frankly, they’re very similar. And they share a similar local fanbase. It’s actually a natural fit.
They are totally not my bag, but are good kids. I expect they’ll be signed to Sony by the end of the year, and will be pushed by them as the next Fray this time next year. Mostly because once the Fray blew up, the A&R guys really only care more about finding the next Fray, and in this case, they found one.

Hank, they sound nothing like Something Corporate. Like the last guy said, it’s basically just TheFray2. Only with less developed material. But maybe they can come up with a smash before they release their debut album.
