I've never actually watched The Hills, and even after seeing this clip to verify the placement, I'm still not totally sure what it's about...but the song is definitely there.

if you can stomach it, here's the link- <a href="http://www.mtv.com/overdrive/?id=1567011&vid=168505" rel="nofollow">MTV The Hills</a>

This isn't the first time for Hotspur. Their songs are regulars on MTV programming, both on web versions and TV versions. Listen to Beta and you'll understand why.

Ya know, a part of me is really sad about Upside since I've been friends with the guys from the early days and always thought they were right on the brink of blowing up. However another part of me is really excited to see what they do next. They're all SO GOOD at what they do, the sky is really the limit for them.

Upside was great and I think a fair argument could be made for some of their tracks being those 'hits' that people wanted. Maybe not to the industry, but you see these kids singing along at the shows and hear their songs blend seamlessly into regional radio playlists and it's clear there was SOMETHING going on.

Sometimes it just isn't in the cards. They did what they were supposed to do and they never once got defeated despite the massive amounts of bullshit they were put through trying to enter the mainstream. Their latest album is the record they always wanted to make and I think they're going out on a high note. They have a lot of very dedicated fans who will no doubt follow them wherever they go.

They have a lot to be proud of. Upside was just the first chapter for these guys. They're ready for the next. I promise you, this is not the last we will see of them.

Too bad about Upside. Great guys. Great live. I think what would have helped them are co-writes. Couple of big fat radio hits could've taken them over the fence.
