I can't tell you how proud I am of this band! Also, as long as labels have the team to effectively do a 360 deal, then it will work. But you have to be selective in the bands you offer this deal to. Can't just make everyone sign a 360 deal, especially if you don't have the right development (press, merchandising, booking) team around the band. Also, as long as labels have the team to effectively do a 360 deal, then it will work.
