My GOD you are all sensitive. Half of your arguing points are from things that were NEVER even said. When has ANYONE on this page said they didn't deserve their attention? I just said that you've featured them several times(which you have), that you manage them and haven't disclosed it(also true), and that there are a lot of bands out there doing great. None of those things were EVER attacks at OLR. Hell, would I abbreviate their name if they sucked. That alone is a term of endearment in the scene. I AM A FAN! Seriously, the level that you all took that to is RETARDED. And AJ. I love this site. And generally I love your opinions. But if I was wrong about something, it wouldn't have hit such a nerve. Chill guys. Go re read what was said.

WOW!! Well one thing i can say... Dean doesn't hand us anything!! He says "go work for it and make something happen and then ill post it". The only reason we have post is because we have been working our asses off and pulling the numbers!! We pull the Soundscans... we pull the plays on myspace and we fill the rooms when we play. That is something that the music industry has been lacking and the reason why the biz is in the shitter. We have put YEARS and YEARS of work into this... nothing has been handed to us. We are one of the hardest working bands in this biz and are being noticed for it.We spend 20 hour days on this band everyday. Maybe if you spent more time practicing or promoting the bands you love so much as you did over here shit talking...you would be able to move forward.

AJ Don't get upset. OLR looks like they are getting what they deserve. If labels are flying out as we speak that is great. I thought they didn't need a label. I know I read that somewhere. But hey if they offer them a deal they can't refuse... Probably going to sign with a label that turned them down in the past. If so make them pay and I mean pay big.

Keep sending the info its a real time saver.

"KOAR has never supported a band more than OLR"

Not true. Simply not true. Kings of A&R has been on the web since 1999. In all those years, MANY artists have received all kinds of support via this outlet and will continue to in the future. The accusation that this is an OLR fan site in disguise is not only incorrect, but it's offensive.

Like it or not, One Less Reason has fans. Loads of them. And there are people who LOVE that genre. We have talked about a number of 'indie' bands on this site and I have personally gone out on a limb to give coverage to bands with little to no chance in the mainstream. Guess how many comments they receive?

None. No one says it's good and no one says it's bad. It's as if those posts don't exist, but I assure you they do. This hasn't stopped us from seeking out the best acts in a variety of genres, because if we based our selections solely on how many comments it would generate, this site wouldn't be doing it's job.

OLR doesnt need any more hype. Look at all the previous posts. OLR refrained from using their fan club blasting this message board like last time, please don't egg them on.

Jon - you're statement couldn't be farther from truth. I have been following KOAR since 1999 and have seen its evolution throughout the decade. KOAR has featured hundreds of bands and in fact have given several artists more mentions than OLR. OLR never even had a whole post dedicated to them like the Drama Club, RJS, Under the Influence of Giants, The Killers, etc. You must be a new reader. Also, OLR deserves to get some mentions. OLR has a new CD which is the top seller on CD Baby and are getting 60-70k plays a day on myspace. Labels are flying out as we speak taking meetings with the band!

I'm pretty sure we didn't disagree. I'm pretty sure you argued with me on a point I didn't make. I'm pretty sure I never made testament to the amount of bands that can draw 500 people. I just said they are not the only one, and KOAR has never supported a band more than OLR. All I suggested, and I'm not the only person, is that they should make this information aware. If you read above, I'm not even the only person to say this. How old are you?
