    I might be late on this comment by 2-3 years .. but if you actually think about it .. as much as American Idol/public sought out Daughtry and David Cook .. American Idol is hurting the entertainment industry. They’re providing a model that sustains a media image only .. aka if you’re not on television trying to make it in the music biz .. then you won’t achieve your goals and a possible recording contract. An A&R at a club? pfft.. yeah right .. That is the motivation from Daughtry!
