Rick is an amazing Producer in the Classic sense of the word. Since the break out of Beastie Boys he's been producing some of the biggest artists in music. The albums were great but in know way did he have to do any artist development, marketing promotion, on-line research and exploitation ect. He knows not enough detail of almost every aspect of running label or devloping an artist in the modern era of music for that matter. Really Columbia have no one to blame but themsleves. Rick should also give himself a slap on his own wrists for taking the money in the first place and saying that he can do it. Can you say cash grab!
