That’s a novelty cover of a Hot Chip song.
Her recorded stuff is great, though. But I don’t think she’ll catch on in the US… the US seems to have an aversion to great pop music. Only Timbaland gets play. Annie should’ve blown up by now. Or that Robyn record I’ve been listening to for years & it didn’t do anything when it was released here.
1) The “Next Big Thing” doesn’t exist anymore.
2) The Tenorion is a toy.

Maybe…Maybe Not!
She’ll be the next big indie thing a la Annie/Robyn, but who knows if she’ll catch on with the mainstream. Her recorded stuff is great pop. Here’s to hoping that America catches on.

She’s no Kate Nash, but sure, why not. Akon is a star, therefore *anyone* can be a star.
Yeah, I’m not hearing it. That thing looks more like a glowing etch a sketch than an “instrument.” I can see how ppl might think it’s cool at first, but I def don’t think there’s any mainstream potential. But then again, autotune seems to be the biggest *and worst* trend right now, so who the hell knows.

Sounds like another artist “repeated”. Boring…. Gwen Stefani + Lady Gaga +dull,monotonous beats= Little Boots.Just more noise. Not buying it…but the magic looking etch a sketch gives her bonus for being creative. Nothing new or fresh will come for along time..There will be a plethora more of this sound trying to flood our ears. Yippee…I’ll just put in the new Metallica CD because Rick turned up the volume so loud, I won’t hear a thing!Love it though! Great Album…Guns and Roses!

If you don’t stand for Something, You’ll fall for Anything! I just don’t think there could ever be anything greater than Music performed by Musicians! Especially ones WHO CAN ACTUALLY SING and PLAY! BUT, so long as the standards are as LOW as they are NOW, Stuff like this will continue to get undeserving press coverage. However, I do believe that there is going to be a “new sound” possibly created by a “new” instrument. Or maybe “new” sound will refer to really great songs actually performed by great singer/songwriters/bands who get this: CAN ACTUALLY SING AND PLAY!! TONORI: Seems like a really great TOY for KIDS! Hey LARRY, give me a break!!
