   @Dallas – WOW – same exact chorus!! Makes you wonder who is writing these songs and why THEY’RE not spotlighted on KOAR. It’s probably the same people writing for Kate Earl and Feist.

   Joy wrote “Say Goodbye” long before Tamar wrote “New Day”, for sure. No doubt.

   Joy Williams “Say Goodbye” writers were: Joy Williams, Ben Glover, Jason Ingram
   (demo’d in mid-2004)

   Tamar Kaprelian “New Day” writers were: Tamar Kaprelian, Xandy Berry and Wally Gagle

   Clearly infringement.
