Jake’s voice is full of his beautiful soul and the cover of “Bleeding Love” is moving. Who would have known it could be so much more than a pop ballad?

  2. K U R T says:

Without question, Jake Walden is the biggest “undiscovered talent” out there right now. It’s nice to see others are finally beginning to notice. Anyone who hasn’t needs to check out “Alive and Screaming” and the rest will speak for itself.

  3. Kristina says:

Jake’s lyrics and his voice are all that and more – powerful, haunting, magical!

If you are just learning about this guy, you are in for a real treat! Wow! Just saw him at Hotel Cafe in LA and was blown away. I had heard about the power of his LIVE performances and now can say I’ve witnessed it myself! Amazing! I couldn’t find out enough about him fast enough. His lyrics OMG!! This man is a modern day poet! He just released an EP with the Bleeding Love duet – hauntingly beautiful… I bought everything he’s got out there. He is the real deal…. and so excited to know he’s got a new CD coming next year! Can’t come soon enough!

  5. Christie says:

I agree with Kurt…Jake deserves to be heard by all.
Not only is he extremely talented, but he’s also one of the nicest people in the biz. -Can’t wait for the next album!

The first moment I listened to his voice I got hooked. His music is unique, it’s touching and something you won’t forget.
‘For Someone’, ‘The Storm’ for example, beautiful haunting and honest songs. And I sooo look forward to the new album.
    Give it a listen…

Some singers do good covers, but Jake is also a writer of his own material, giving us insight into his troubadour world, the hopeful highs and the down dark spaces… He adds a real dimension of heart… he is not just singing words and intoning notes, he is giving life to deeply felt emotions… If you want to hear a healing love song for the soul, try “We Are.”

  8. Shelly says:

There is no way to describe the power of Jake Walden it is something you simply must experience yourself. If you have not had the pleasure run dont walk to give yourself the greatest gift possible.. truly amazing music… this can all be found on Alive And Screaming his first CD. From the first note to his final breath each song is a journey that takes you to such heights of emotion..in the light and the dark of lifes twists and turns of fate… he bares his heart and soul with every word that he writes.. then theres the voice… its pure magic that just flows from him .. in a world thats just aching for truth….he is a shining star. I simply cant wait to hear and experience the exquisite new songs awaiting me on the upcoming album.

The world needs to hear the messages of hope and love that is in each of Jake Walden’s songs. His lyrics come from the real, raw place we all have inside, but can’t find the words. Jake Walden shares his vulnerability and opens his soul to help bring peace and hope to everyone. Visit his site, read his thoughts and don’t be afraid to share what you feel after you read his words. Listen to his songs. Listen to his covers and the feel of the song changes with his voice.
